Welcome to the website of the “The research center for INTELligent, innovative, environmentally friendly, and sustainable MARICulture – INTEL-MARIC” project which is carried out at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb and is funded by the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund of the European Union, granted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Directorate of Fisheries, Republic of Croatia (Award No. 324-01/21-01/385). The objective of the INTEL-MARIC project is to enhance the technical development of the aquaculture sector in Croatia, by establishing an unique research center that would develop and implement new concept for highly sophisticated, intelligent farms and achieve an adequate level of interaction of the mariculture farm with society and environment.
